Shout out to Nelani from the Ralphs Floral Department in Moorpark, CA<3 I am so thankful for her kind support, I placed an order for my mom's birthday. I called ahead of time to ask if they happened to have white orchids in stock, since they are my mom's favorite. Nelani helped make sure the perfect orchid was chosen to be delivered for my mom. I am located in North Carolina and was unable to select it myself, but with Nelani's help- I was able to surprise my mom with a happy birthday balloon and her favorite plant/flower. AMAZING :)

I find the employees, from the cashiers, the produce dept., the meat department as well as the people stocking the shelves to be very helpful and friendly. When I read some of the poor reviews, I wondered what store they were referring to. These people worked through the "pandemic" when many others did not. I find that a sincere thank you once in awhile is appreciated.

I like Ralphs stores very much. For many years I have only positive experience. This location has a great variety of fresh produce, fish, meat, pre- packed food, beverages, everyday essentials, and more. The prices are very reasonable.

This place is clean . Parking available. Fresh fruit and produce. This store always has a produce guy getting the veggies and fruit out. Cashier always helpful.kudos

You can always find what you want at Ralphs they have a good meat section very reasonably priced. They have good produce and it's always fresh and stocked. I have met 2 of the Manager's over the years- Karlyn and Amanda are always very pleasant and willing to help when needed.

Great location, plenty of parking. This grocery store has everything the person needs. Very good selection of fruits and vegetables, meats and deli. Often good deals. Customer service is excellent. The store is clean and well organized.
